★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un anno con Diaposon trovo l'esperienza fatta con entrambi i miei bambini da NON ripetersi.
É un' associazione molto rigida, con poca, pochissima flessibilitá sulla scelta degli orari. Ore estenuanti dopo ore di scuola. Alcuni maestri MOLTO bravi e pazienti, altri, stressati perché sono stati assegnati gruppi molto grandi e numerosi.
Il costo del corso supera le 550 Euro a bambino/a, le scadenze di pagamento sono anche quelle abbastanza riavvicinate (entro i 3 mesi dall'inizio di Settembre).
La segreteria é abbastanza stressata e spesso pecca di empatia nei confronti dei genitori che chiedono come e se é possibile recuperare le lezioni perse per colpa del covid.
Le stanze nella sede di Cognola NON sono insonorate e dunque molto rumorose.
Corsi che finiscono dopo le 18:45.
Team Staff abbastanza arrogante. Se Diapason avesse piú concorrenza sono sicura sarebbero TUTTI molto piú gentili e forse meglio organizzati. Assolutamente OVER PRICED.
After a year with Diaposon I find the experience I had with both of my children NOT to be repeated.
It is a very strict association, with little, very little flexibility on the choice of times. Grueling hours after school hours. Some teachers VERY good and patient, others, stressed because very large and numerous groups have been assigned.
The cost of the course exceeds 550 Euros per child, payment deadlines are also quite close (within 3 months from the beginning of September).
The secretariat is quite stressed and often lacks empathy towards parents who ask how and if it is possible to recover the lessons lost due to the covid.
The rooms in the Cognola office are NOT soundproofed and therefore very noisy.
Courses ending after 6.45pm.
Rather arrogant team staff. If Diapason had more competition, I'm sure they would ALL be much kinder and perhaps better organized. Absolutely OVER PRICED.
