Hanno fatto davvero un pessimo lavoro: prime pagine tutte stropicciate, scritte in copertina in parte sbiadite, e tutte le pagine presentano un difetto nell'angolo in alto a destra dovuto ad un errore nella rilegatura.
Hanno replicato dicendo che "può capitare" e non hanno nemmeno fatto il gesto di fare uno sconto ad un prezzo di per sé esageratamente alto al di là del risultato.
I had my degree thesis printed here.
They did a really bad job: first pages all wrinkled, written on the cover partly faded, and all pages have a defect in the upper right corner due to an error in the binding.
They replied by saying that "it can happen" and they did not even make the gesture of making a discount at a price in itself exaggeratedly high beyond the result.
