Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo pollo arrosto cotto a legna, con spezie assolutamente saporite e non esagerate.
Persino il petto è risultato meno stopposo del solito.
Personale gentile e veloce ma bisogna prenotare.
Tutto servito scon patate incluse nei 9 euro.
Con 4 polli e patate annesse abbiamo manguato in 9 ed è pure avanzato.
Assolutamente da ripetere.

We ate excellent wood fired roast chicken, with absolutely flavorful and not overdone spices.
Even the chest was less stringy than usual.
Friendly and fast staff but you have to book.
All served with potatoes included in the 9 euros.
With 4 chickens and potatoes attached we have eaten in 9 and it is also advanced.
Absolutely to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrando sembra che il tempo si sia fermato, tutto invariato, l’unica differenza che ho notato i pannelli in plex che dividono i storici proprietari dal pubblico. Il pollo alla brace sempre ottimo col suo aroma inconfondibile che invade la strada. Un punto di riferimento per chi vuol mangiare un ottimo pollo allo spiedo a Cinisi.
