Da più di un mese e mezzo faccio lo yogurt usando come “starter” lo yogurt della latteria Vipiteno con il latte della centrale del latte di Alessandria e Asti, e devo dire che sono sconcertata dalla bontà, che dev’essere stato un risultato fortunato di uno yogurt di buona qualità e un latte eccezionale. Mi sono resa conto della bontà del latte solo dopo aver provato a fare lo yogurt seguendo lo stesso identico procedimento ma con il latte Granarolo. Non sono nemmeno al 100% sicura che sia latte, soprattutto data la scadenza di oltre due settimane dal giorno in cui è stato acquistato. Lo yogurt è venuto acquoso e insipido, una vera tristezza se paragonato ai risultati che ho ottenuto con il vostro latte! D’ora in poi, o quello, o niente. Spero trattiate bene le vostre mucche! For more than a month and a half I have been making yogurt using yogurt from the Vipiteno dairy as a "starter" with milk from the Alessandria and Asti milk plant, and I must say that I am bewildered by the goodness, which must have been a lucky a good quality yogurt and an exceptional milk. I realized the goodness of milk only after trying to make yogurt following the exact same procedure but with Granarolo milk. I'm not even 100% sure it's milk, especially given the expiration of more than two weeks from the day it was purchased. The yogurt came out watery and bland, a real sadness when compared to the results I got with your milk! From now on, either that or nothing. I hope you treat your cows well!
