I am attending a beginner's English course and I am very satisfied. The American native speaker teacher is good and patient. The environment is comfortable, the staff friendly. In short, I recommend it to everyone

Non forniscono il servizio di invio del certificato né al candidato, né all'organismo che richiede l'IELTS.
Dopo 13 giorni dalla data d'esame il risultato dovrebbe essere online, ma non lo era nel mio caso e in quello di un mio collega di lavoro.
Per conoscere i miei risultati ho dovuto chiamare più volte.
The services for the IELTS exam were bad in my case.
They do not provide the service of sending the certificate neither to the candidate nor to the body applying for the IELTS.
After 13 days from the date of the exam the result should be online, but it was not in my case and in that of a colleague of mine.
To find out my results I had to call several times.

Bad experience, maximum (dis) organization for the IELTS exam. No information on where and how to obtain the results as well as the official certificate, withdrawn with an embarrassing photo that I had explicitly requested to be able to redo.

After more than 10 years of studying in this school I can only thank them for having reached a high level of knowledge of the English language (C1). Teachers and staff are now like family. Absolutely recommended.
