Il personale è gentile e paziente e mi sono sentita subito a mio agio, contrariamente a quanto successo in altre palestre. Gli orari sono super , i macchinari nuovi e sempre in aggiornamento, le attrezzature sempre al top! È la prima volta che non mi stanco mai di andare in palestra , e non pensavo di poter mai dire ciò !!!! Assuming that the gym is not my natural environment, I'm having a great time here. The staff is kind and patient and I immediately felt at ease, contrary to what has happened in other gyms. The hours are super, the machinery is new and always updated, the equipment is always at the top! It is the first time that I never get tired of going to the gym, and I never thought I could ever say that !!!!

Spogliatoi sempre puliti ed igienizzati. Personale qualificato e sempre disponibile fanno la differenza. The best structure located in the beating heart of central Naples. Very complete gym, both for the exercise room and for the cardio room. Changing rooms always clean and sanitized. Qualified and always available staff make the difference.

L'ambiente è confortevole, gli istruttori disponibili, alla reception tutti sempre gentili e sorridenti. I corsi di pilates e quelli di funzionale, totalbody ecc sono affidati a donne davvero professionali che rendono il lavoro efficace e al contempo divertente. Ci vengo da anni e la consiglio caldamente. The property is located in a strategic point of the historic center and is very easy to reach because it is well connected. The environment is comfortable, the instructors available, at the reception all always kind and smiling. The pilates courses and those of functional, total body etc. are entrusted to truly professional women who make the work effective and at the same time fun. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend it.

Palestra molto attrezzata e dotata di molti confort, tutti gli istruttori sono altamente competenti e professionali. Un plauso ai proprietari per aver realizzato un ambiente altamente professionale...la consiglio a tutti I started going to this gym for convenience. Since it is located near my place of work ... what struck me right away was the accuracy with which they keep clean and disinfected .. (many are somewhat negligent in qst ) .. Fully equipped gym with many comforts, all the instructors are highly competent and professional. A praise to the owners for having created a highly professional environment ... I recommend it to everyone

È dotata di due sale attrezzi, distribute su due piani e di una sala corsi. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile e le persone sono sempre seguite, anche se non hanno un personal, cosa che non si può dire di tutte le palestre. Le norme igienico-sanitarie sono rispettate alla lettera e i locali sono ampi e ventilati. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! The Body Gym Fitness Center is located in the heart of the historic center of Naples and is easily accessible, both on foot and by public transport. It is equipped with two equipment rooms, distributed over two floors and a training room. The staff is always friendly and helpful and people are always looked after, even if they don't have a personal, which cannot be said of all gyms. I macchinari sono nuovi e sia le sale che gli spogliatoi sono pulitissimi. Si sente un vero e proprio clima familiare, anche grazie a Mimmo e ad Angelo. La consiglio a tutti! Great gym. Despite being a member for a short time, I immediately felt welcomed. All the trainers are very helpful and the courses are engaging. The machines are new and both the halls and the changing rooms are very clean. There is a real family atmosphere, also thanks to Mimmo and Angelo. I recommend it to everyone!
