★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materia prima di prima qualità, e non è banale, anche se siamo sul mare: scegliere la materia prima in prima persona fa la differenza, come lo fa distinguere i sapori da parte di chi lavora il prodotto. La lavorazione dei prodotti è degna di un ristorante "Panarea Style" e la passione del cuoco per la sua professione va al di là del mero motivo lavorativo. Aspettiamo che la creatività abbia la meglio sulla critica e poi anche il programma "4 Ristoranti" avrà un concorrente determinato (l'insalata di guarnizione anni '80 diventerà la spennellata di un quadro ?). La proposta menù è sia carne, che pesce e pizza. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù pesce (differente ogni sera in base al pescato del giorno) incluso antipasto, grigliata(con salse ottime di guarnizione) e assaggio di frittura (panatura top) ma non è mancato un assaggio di pizza focaccia: impasto gustoso ed equilibrato.

We wait for creativity to get the better of critics and then the "4 Restaurants" program will also have a determined competitor (the 80's garnish salad will become the brush of a painting ?). The proposed menu is both meat, fish and pizza. We have chosen the fish menu (different every evening according to the catch of the day) including appetizer, grilled (with excellent garnish sauces) and frying taste (top breading) but there is also a taste of pizza focaccia: tasty and balanced dough .
