Ho optato per le lattine. Le stelle diventeranno sicuramente 5 quando la proposta tornerà ad essere quella pre-covid. Ne vedremo delle belle. ?" Ora posso confermare la prima buona impressione. Il locale è senza dubbio figo e i titolari hanno buon gusto non solo in fatto di birre (tap list invidiabile, selezionata con cura) ma anche di musica. Consigliatissimo! The place is undoubtedly cool and the owners have good taste not only in terms of beers (enviable tap list, carefully selected) but also of music. Highly recommended! I ragazzi al bancone sono gentili, simpatici e molto competenti. La cucina non è il loro focus ma per accompagnare le birre ci sono tartine, toastoni e la pizza di Tajo, tutti ottimi. 6 stelle :) Very nice place, warm and relaxing atmosphere. The beer selection is fantastic, very varied, both Italian and foreign. The guys at the counter are kind, nice and very knowledgeable. The cuisine is not their focus but to accompany the beers there are canapés, toastoni and Tajo's pizza, all excellent. 6 stars :)

Si vede che Giovanni è un vero appassionato: preparato ed aggiornato sulle continue evoluzioni dell' interessantissimo panorama delle birre artigianali nazionali ed estere. Tap list sempre in evoluzione, talvolta tap takeover, ha anche la pompa a mano che trovo sempre una chicca in questo tipo di attività. I ragazzi sono bravi e simpatici, offrono buona birra e buona musica: obbligatorio dare loro fiducia e non ve ne pentirete! Small but tough pub, which quickly became a reference point for craft beers in Udine. You can see that Giovanni is a true enthusiast: prepared and updated on the continuous evolutions of the very interesting panorama of national and foreign craft beers. Always evolving tap list, sometimes tap takeover, also has the hand pump that I always find a gem in this type of business. The guys are good and nice, they offer good beer and good music: it is mandatory to trust them and you will not regret it!

Non la classica birreria, The Alibi è la ricercatezza delle birre, ce ne sono per tutti i gusti e sopratutto vengono costantemente cambiate per dare ogni settimana una scelta diversa ai clienti. Il locale inoltre è arredato in maniera fantastica con uno stile vintage. Il personale è notevolmente preparato e alla mano, infine i prezzi sono molto onesti. È possibile anche mangiare qualcosa (pizzette, crostini, toast) e comprare birre in bottiglia e lattina, rigorosamente artigianali e non facili da trovare in commercio. Posto consigliatissimo! Brewery located a few steps from the center of Udine. Not the classic brewery, The Alibi is the refinement of beers, there are some for all tastes and above all they are constantly changed to give customers a different choice every week. The restaurant is also fantastically furnished with a vintage style. The staff is remarkably trained and easy-going, finally the prices are very fair. It is also possible to eat something (pizzas, croutons, toast) and buy bottled and can beers, strictly artisanal and not easy to find on the market. Highly recommended place!
