Per un problema del mio cucciolo, un'amica mi aveva consigliato di sentire subito il suo "famoso" vet. Che non ha manifestato alcun interesse e non mi ha nemmeno ascoltato. Così ho ripreso un taxi e sono andata da loro. Hanno sentito subito quello che avevo da dire, ho aspettato un pò e magicamente (ma non è magia, è bravura, empatia, professionalità) si è trovata una prima soluzione. Così si fa.
