★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono uno studente straniero venuto a Bari per fare un anno di facolta e ho avuto bisogno di una offerta prepay con minuti internazionali per mobile per chiamare la mia famiglia dal mio paese. Ho ricevuto l'offerta Infinito Gold Special che contiene solo 200 minuti internazionali e costa 15 euro! In piu, non ho potuto gestersi l'offerta perche l'aplicazione My Vodafone non funziona per il mio paese. Il site Vodafone.it e uno scherzo. Non puo vedere il mio credit residuo, i miei minuti rimasti, non posso ricarricare (non acceta nessuna delle mie tre carte, ma non ho mai avuto problemi din pagare in altri lougi), non posso scegliere un altra offerta perche non c'e.
Ho utilizzato l'offerta per un mese e dopo, non ho mai pagatto per un altro mese, ma il mio credit residuo e diventato -15,57. Non ho mai sentito di credito con minus per prepay! Ho dovuto ritornare al negozzio per pagare questi soldi per niente.
Nelle entrambe volte in quale sono andato a questo negozio ho trovato lavoratori che non sono interesati dai problemi dei clienti e quale spiegonon niente.
E l'ultima volta in qualo utilizzo vodafone. Ci sono tanti operatori di telefonia. Vi reccomando un altro!
