Cambio sportello avvenuta dopo un mese e mezzo sotto mi sollecitazione in più sono dovuta andarlo io a ritirare, il montaggio lo dovrei pagare. L’indomani sabato mattina abbiamo chiamato e la ragazza che ha risposto è stata molto professionale. Nonostante il sabato non aveva gli operai ha preso le misure del vetro che mi occorreva e mi ha fatto trovare il vetro pronto. Poteva fregarsene e farmi andare lunedì ma ha mostrato compassione perché saremmo stati due giorni al freddo con un bambino piccolo. Vi ringrazio moltissimo. E la cosa che mi ha stupito è che non eravamo clienti e la stufa non era in garanzia. Quindi è stato un gesto di molto gentile che non sempre si ricevono!!!
