★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi nel negozio che avevo necessita di un costume, mi reco alle 19:30 davanti i camerini e mi viene detto dalla commessa che la ragazza davanti a me sarebbe stata l'ultima, perché avrebbero chiuso i camerini per pulirli e sanificarli , nonostante gli faccio presente che il loro negozio chiudeva alle 21:00 e che non si puo privare il cliente di non provare il capo perche non si fa in tempo a pulire in chiusura, mi hanno risposto che avrei avuto un mese di tempo per sostituirlo!
E' assurdo!
I went to the shop today that I needed a costume, I go in front of the dressing rooms at 7:30 pm and I am told by the saleswoman that the girl in front of me would be the last one, because they would have closed the dressing rooms to clean and sanitize them, although I point out that their shop closed at 21:00 and that you cannot deprive the customer of not trying on the garment because you don't have time to clean at closing, they replied that I would have a month to replace it!
Is absurd!

L'ultima volta poi ho scoperto che è possibile prenotare in negozio articoli non disponibili lì in quel momento?è pagandoli subito si ritirano davvero in tempi rapidi???. Personale disponibile??
