★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo Tezenis.. un negozio di intimo però dovrebbe avere i camerini con le porte, non con le tende. Direi che il fatturato lo permette ed è un'attenzione alle clienti che ci aspettiamo.
I love Tezenis .. a lingerie shop, however, should have dressing rooms with doors, not curtains. I would say that the turnover allows it and it is an attention to the customers that we expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è situato su un unico piano a livello stradale. I vari punti espositivi dei prodotti, potrebbero recare disagi per chi dovesse muoversi in carrozzella o con passeggini. Talvolta la merce è molta e si fatica a vedere bene tutte le varie proposte presenti.
Il pesonale è quasi sempre gentile e disponibile.
The shop is located on a single floor at street level. The various display points of the products could cause inconvenience for those who should move in a wheelchair or with strollers. Sometimes the goods are a lot and it is hard to see well all the various proposals present.
The person is almost always kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diffido questo punto vendita per la poca attenzione verso il cliente che pone un problema.
A soli 5gg dall'acquisto di un prodotto di una collezione NON ancora conclusa mi viene negata la possibilità di rendere il prodotto per uno uguale di diversa taglia in quanto non più presente in negozio.
Ritenendo che la soluzione più naturale e possibile fosse quella di fare un riordino,l'amara e ignorantissima risposta è stata "I riordini per resi si fanno solo per collezioni appena cominciate e non che stanno finendo".
Negata anche la possibilità di un voucher.
Ritengo opportuno anche specificare che il pezzo da sostituire fa parte di un completo, il quale cambiandolo completamente di genere lo renderebbe incompatibile. Vergognoso. Violato ogni diritto civile di tutela al consumatore.
I distrust this store for the lack of attention to the customer that poses a problem.
Just 5 days from the purchase of a product from a collection NOT yet completed, I am denied the possibility of returning the product for an equal one of a different size as it is no longer present in the store.
Believing that the most natural and possible solution was to do a reordering, the bitter and ignorant answer was "Reordering for returns is done only for collections that have just begun and not that are ending".
Also denied the possibility of a voucher.
I also consider it appropriate to specify that the piece to be replaced is part of a set, which by changing it completely in genre would make it incompatible. Shameful. Violated any civil right of consumer protection.

For online orders they do not return in-store with a refund, but only exchange goods (although the website expressly provides for both a refund and an exchange within 30 days as possible)
