★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata oggi domenica 9 maggio alle ore 13.19 non mi hanno fatto entrare perché hanno chiuso oltre che alle porte anche le casse . Ma se l’orario di chiusura è alle 13.30 perché anticiparsi ? Pessimi nella gestione e nell’organizzazione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata oggi ad acquistare. La ragazza riccia con gli occhiali è stata molto gentile e disponibile, aiutandomi in tutte le mie richieste. Alcune invece erano molto maleducate e a tratti scortesi, rimproverando questa ragazza per qualsiasi sua mossa. Nonostante lei ci stesse aiutando. Per un perfetto lavoro di gruppo penso si possa evitare ciò davanti ai clienti !

I went to buy today. The curly girl with glasses was very nice and helpful, helping me with all my requests. Some on the other hand were very rude and at times rude, scolding this girl for any of her moves. Although she was helping us. For a perfect team work I think we can avoid this in front of customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dependientas muy amables, ayudándome en lo que necesitaba, aún así en otro idioma. Muy simpáticas. En cambio la encargada (supongo que era, ya que es la que solo cobraba) nada gentil, me compre un pantalón por 19. 99 (ya no es por el céntimo, es por no pedir disculpas de que no tenía ) y encima me pone una bolsa sin preguntar si quería o no.Al día siguiente volví,a comprar una camiseta y ocurrió lo mismo. No volveré a esa tienda.
The very friendly shop assistants, helping me with what I needed, even so in another language. Very nice. On the other hand, the manager (I suppose it was, since she is the one that only charged) nothing nice, I bought a pair of pants for 19. 99 (it is no longer for the penny, it is for not apologizing that I did not have) and on top of that she puts me a bag without asking if I wanted to or not. The next day I went back to buy a t-shirt and the same thing happened. I'm not going back to that store.
