Little professionalism, slow and aggressive for the application to download. Among the many Tezenis stores where I bought this is the worst in the reception ... I couldn't wait to go away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non mi attirano granché i capi in vendita. Bisognerebbe applicarsi di più nello scegliere le colorazioni ed i modelli. Prevalenza di grigio bianco e nero. Reparto uomo poco fornito.
Honestly, the items on sale do not appeal to me very much. More should be applied in choosing colors and models. Prevalence of gray, black and white. Poorly stocked men's department.

It can't be that it's been months since every time I want to go and buy anything there isn't a dressing room to try on the goods ... how can you buy underwear without trying it on?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati nel punto vendita di Aprilia 2 domenica 23 gennaio nonostante eravamo nell'orario di chiusura le commesse sono state gentili e cordiali. La sera la mia compagna si è accorta di aver dimenticato un gioiello di una nota marca nel camerino. La mattina abbiamo telefonato e confermando la gentilezza ci hanno ci detto di averlo trovato e restituito. Ringrazio tutto lo STAFF non solo per la cordialità ma anche per la loro onestà.
We went to the Aprilia 2 store on Sunday 23 January, despite the fact that we were closing time, the orders were kind and cordial. In the evening my partner realized that she had forgotten a jewel of a well-known brand in the dressing room. In the morning we phoned and confirming the kindness we were told they had found it and returned it. I thank all the STAFF not only for their friendliness but also for their honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro molto spesso nei punti vendita tezenis ma in questo in particolare non mi ci recherò mai più premettendo che ci sono delle commesse veramente scontrose. ieri pomeriggio mi recò in questo punto vendita per un cambio di un pigiama perché troppo piccolo, vengo "aiutata" da una commessa ignorantissima che non mi effettua il cambio perché dice che è leggermente ombrata la maglietta bianca e grigio chiara. Quel negozio è letteralmente assalito dalle persone che dovrebbero entrare poche per volta in tempi di covid ma non è così perché anche se chiudono nessuno controlla e la gente entra lo stesso quindi c'è un casino lì dentro la maglietta io non l ho neanche provata ho provato solo il pantalone troppo piccolo e non me l ha voluto cambiare perché secondo lei l avevo sporcata io (tra l altro non è sporca) sennò non l avrei comprata...
I buy very often in Tezenis stores but in this particular one I will never go there again, assuming that there are some really grumpy orders. yesterday afternoon I went to this store for a change of pajamas because they are too small, I am "helped" by an ignorant saleswoman who does not change me because she says that the white and light gray T-shirt is slightly shaded. That shop is literally assaulted by people who should enter a few at a time in times of covid but it is not so because even if they close no one checks and people enter the same so there is a mess there inside the shirt I have not even tried it. she only tried on the trousers that were too small and she didn't want to change them because according to her I had dirty them (by the way, they are not dirty) otherwise I would not have bought them ...
