★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Mai più" sono le parole esatte! Sono entrata perché conosco la catena e mi sono trovata sempre molto bene ma la scortesia delle commesse di questo negozio è a dir poco imbarazzante. Negozio semivuoto, provo cinque capi velocemente e chiedo la cortesia di passarmi il sesto per una prova velocissima avendo davanti a me mio figlio di due anni e mezzo che aspetta e mia figlia neonata di soli 4 mesi. La commessa di nome Alessia mi ha invitata con fare strafottente ad uscire e rifare la coda ( 2 persone davanti) per provare una semplice mutandina al volo. Sono la prima a seguire le regole ma donne in gravidanza e con neonati al seguito devono avere un minimo di comprensione e tutela. Stiamo parlando di una mutanda non di un negozio intero!!! Un minuto a dir tanto!!!
La responsabile ha provato a placare giustamente gli animi ma non accetto di sentirmi dire che chiunque può avere la giornata storta! Il lavoro è lavoro, sei pagata e retribuita per trattare con rispetto il cliente, ancor più se ci sono di mezzo dei bambini!!!!!! Un sorriso e una gentilezza non costano nulla, anzi farebbero incrementare le vendite! Alla fine ho lasciato tutto e sono andata via! Se dovete andare da Tezenis ovunque ma non al lingotto !
Veramente squallido, assolutamente sconsigliato. Peccato perché tra le altre cose stavo per comprare diverse cosine.

Semi-empty shop, I try on five garments quickly and ask the courtesy to pass me the sixth for a very fast test having in front of me my two and a half year old son waiting and my newborn daughter of only 4 months. The saleswoman named Alessia invited me arrogantly to go out and redo the queue (2 people in front) to try on a simple panty on the fly. I am the first to follow the rules but women who are pregnant and with newborns must have a minimum of understanding and protection. We are talking about a pant not an entire shop !!! One minute to say the least !!!
The manager has tried to calm the spirits rightly but I do not accept to be told that anyone can have a bad day! Work is work, you are paid and paid to treat the customer with respect, even more so if there are children involved !!!!!! A smile and a kindness cost nothing, on the contrary they would increase sales! In the end I left everything and went away! If you have to go to Tezenis anywhere but not to the ingot!
Really shabby, absolutely not recommended. Too bad because among other things I was going to buy several little things.
