Sono andata in cassa a pagare, nessuna delle tre commesse (che erano lì alla cassa e stavano discutendo di cose relative al negozio) si è accorta che stavo aspettando per pagare finché una delle ragazze si accorge di me e del mio ragazzo, prende quello che dovevamo pagare, senza salutarci, continuando a parlare con le altre due, e dopo aver pagato e averla ringraziata, neanche un grazie è uscito dalla loro bocca! IGNORATA completamente. Sono rimasta basita, il servizio al cliente è essenziale SE volete della clientela. Siate un po’ più gentili e cortesi, che sorridere e ringraziare una persona non vi costa nessuna fatica.. la maleducazione genera altra maleducazione. Buona fortuna
The unkindness of the orders in this shop is unacceptable. I went to the cashier to pay, none of the three orders (who were there at the checkout and were discussing things related to the store) realized that I was waiting to pay until one of the girls noticed me and my boyfriend, took what we had to pay, without saying goodbye, continuing to talk to the other two, and having paid and thanked her, not even a thank you came out of their mouth! IGNORED completely. I was appalled, customer service is essential IF you want customers. Be a little more kind and courteous, that smiling and thanking a person does not cost you any effort ... rudeness generates rudeness. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie alla scortesia della commessa più robusta e scura di carnagione...Il punto vendita diventa angusto...A differenza delle altre colleghe,cordiali,sorridenti e disponibili è assolutamente scortese,cupa e nervosa.Fà passare la voglia di acquistare.
Andrebbe sostituita al più presto per il bene dell'azienda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metterò più piede in questo negozio. Avrei voluto provare un reggiseno ma la commessa, con tono infastidito, mi ha detto "sono chiusi i camerini" senza aggiungere altro. Nell'apprestarmi a riporre il reggiseno nell'espositore ho notato un cartello recante l'avviso "i camerini chiudono alle 19.00". A prescindere dal l'anomalia di una simile disposizione, probabilmente presa dall'azienda e non dipendente dalla volontà di chi lavora in negozio, ritengo che la commessa avrebbe quantomeno potuto aggiungere un minimo di spiegazione e mostrare un po' di gentilezza nei confronti di una cliente (oltretutto non era indaffarata in quel momento).
I will never set foot in this shop again. I wanted to try on a bra but the saleswoman, with an annoyed tone, told me "the dressing rooms are closed" without adding anything else. While preparing to put the bra in the display, I noticed a sign with the warning "the dressing rooms close at 19.00". Regardless of the anomaly of such a provision, probably taken by the company and not dependent on the will of those who work in the shop, I believe that the saleswoman could at least have added a minimum of explanation and show some kindness towards a customer (plus she wasn't busy at the time).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona la posizione del negozio, peccato per la commessa in carne e scura di carnagione, alquanto scortese e arrogante, sempre nervosa e piena di sé, tratta i clienti con sufficienza. Non saluta mai, e non è mai disponibile se un cliente chiede un consiglio. Mi chiedo, come fa a lavorare ancora lì dopo tutto questo tempo.
The location of the shop is good, too bad for the plump and dark-skinned saleswoman, somewhat rude and arrogant, always nervous and full of herself, treats customers with disdain. He never says hello, and is never available if a customer asks for advice. I wonder, how does he still work there after all this time.
