★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È molto piacevole scoprire che dietro un brand così diffuso e “alla portata” di tutti c’è l’attenzione di persone che fanno con cura il loro .
Acquisto spesso da tezenis, l’intimo è economico ma buono..propongono sempre promozioni.
Il negozio di Frascati, forse anche per le dimensioni, è organizzat bene.. si trova facilmente quel che si cerca, in ogni caso le ragazze anche se sempre impegnate non si sottraggono mai al consiglio.
L’unica cosa forse sconveniente è stata un po’ di fila nei camerini... in pessima compagnia di vecchiette che insofferenti abbassavano la mascherina..fortunatamente la ragazza che stava lì davanti ad ordinare era attenta anche al rispetto degli altri clienti!!

The Frascati shop, perhaps also for its size, is well organized .. you can easily find what you are looking for, in any case the girls, even if always busy, never shy away from the advice.
The only thing perhaps inconvenient was a bit of a queue in the dressing rooms ... in bad company of old ladies who impatiently lowered their masks .. luckily the girl who was there to order was also careful to respect the other customers !!

Ho trovato ragazze disponibili e gentili nonostante, in venti minuti di permanenza nel punto vendita, abbia assistito a ben due episodi che vanno oltre la scortesia.
Persone indisposte di fronte all'accortezza delle commesse di fare rispettare delle regole veramente semplici.
La ragazza che si è interrotta dalla sua attività per cercare un articolo e darmi un consiglio era quasi mortificata di fronte a una persona che si sovrapponeva alla conversazione urlando. Tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare presso questo punto vendita.
I have read some "reviews" which deviate a lot from my experience.
I found girls available and kind despite having witnessed two incidents that go beyond rudeness in twenty minutes in the store.
People indisposed in the face of the foresight of orders to enforce really simple rules.
The girl who stopped her business to look for an article and give me some advice was almost mortified in front of a person who overlapped the conversation screaming. I will definitely be back to buy at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 1/2/2021 sono stata trattata con grandissima maleducazione dalla commessa in cassa alle ore 18:15. Ero in fila la commessa chiacchierava con una cliente creando una fila alla cassa. Ho guardato se finivano di parlare e la commessa mi ha apostrofato con la frase “C’è qualcosa che non va?” Ho detto non ho parlato e seccata ho lasciato la merce e la commessa mi ha detto “ Ecco brava vada vada”
Today 1/2/2021 I was treated with great rudeness by the saleswoman at the cashier at 6.15 pm. I was in line the saleswoman was chatting with a customer creating a line at the checkout. I looked to see if they finished talking and the saleswoman addressed me with the phrase "Is there something wrong?" I said I didn't speak and, annoyed, I left the goods and the saleswoman told me "Here, good go go go"

Mi sembra ci sia una concentrazione, in questo punto vendita, di inadeguatezza e inesistente attenzione al cliente. Un negozio del genere,in un punto così strategico , potrebbe attirare un numero considerevole di clienti, ma di questo passo farete scappare tutti! Meditate....
I wonder .... but nobody reads the reviews? Or do you want to boast of rudeness? It seems to me there is a concentration, in this store, of inadequacy and non-existent attention to the customer. A shop like this, in such a strategic point, could attract a considerable number of customers, but at this rate you will make everyone run away! Meditate ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento molto spesso questo Tezenis, le commesse sono sempre molto disponibili e gentili. Il negozio é sempre pulito e abbastanza in ordine i capi esposti.
I frequent this Tezenis very often, the salespeople are always very helpful and kind. The shop is always clean and the items on display are fairly tidy.
