Non solo l’accoglienza telefonica e in studio è sempre cordiale, garbata e pronta, il personale è anche molto disponibile a rispondere a eventuali quesiti informativi. Per quanto riguarda il laboratorio di Formigine in particolare (dato che il 99% delle volte mi rivolgo a loro :) ) posso segnalare ragazze alla reception cordialissime ed una infermiera ai prelievi dolcissima, molto brava e veloce. Ambienti sempre puliti e curati e mai avuto attese superiori ai 15 minuti anche in momenti di maggior affluenza. I turn to their laboratories more and more often for my analyzes, both for those done privately and for those through mutual funds. Not only is the telephone and studio reception always friendly, polite and prompt, the staff is also very willing to answer any information questions. As for the Formigine laboratory in particular (since 99% of the time I turn to them :)) I can report very cordial girls at the reception and a nurse who is very sweet, very good and fast. Environments always clean and cared for and never had waits longer than 15 minutes even in moments of greatest turnout.

Non è così. La dottoressa che esegue i prelievi, arriva sempre alle ore 8:00 non prima, e inizia a fare i prelievi alle 8:10/8:15 non prima. Dovrebbero scrivere che i prelievi li eseguono dalle 8:15 in poi perché chi pensa di arrivare al Test, fare esami a pagamento magari anche per perdere meno tempo in realtà deve sapere che in ogni caso prima delle 9:00 non potrà presentarsi a lavoro. Pur magari essendo dalle 7:00 ad aspettare di eseguire gli esami, dovrà sostenere lunghe attese perché chi li esegue arriva alle ore 8:00 sbadigliando. Per il resto esami e esiti puntuali e precisi, almeno quello è positivo. I never do reviews.
