★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stavo cercando una passamaneria per un mio progetto, quando ho chiesto un'informazione al commesso questo mi ha risposto in modo brusco, maleducato e arrogante, in modo ingiustificabile dal momento che io avevo avanzato solo una domanda in modo educato e non mi fossi comportata in modo incivile. Alla fine ho dovuto acquistare la passamaneria perché mi serviva per un progetto, ma al momento dell'utilizzo mi accorgo che il venditore mi ha venduto 5 m di passamaneria al posto di 6m, ovviamente facendomi pagare il prezzo intero di 6 m. Raccontando il fatto ho scoperto da alcuni conoscenti, che in passato hanno vissuto vicende simili di maleducazione. Direi che sarebbe meglio per loro cambiare atteggiamento verso la clientela, perché non sono gli unici a vendere tessuti e passamanerie.
I was looking for a trimmings for one of my projects, when I asked the clerk for information he replied in a brusque, rude and arrogant way, in an unjustifiable way since I had only asked a question in a polite way and I had not behaved in uncivilized way. In the end I had to buy the trimmings because I needed it for a project, but at the time of use I realize that the seller has sold me 5m of trimmings instead of 6m, obviously charging me the full price of 6m. Telling the fact I discovered from some acquaintances, who in the past have experienced similar events of rudeness. I would say that it would be better for them to change their attitude towards customers, because they are not the only ones who sell fabrics and trimmings.
