★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per la posa di erba sintetica in giardino. l’hanno posata due volte e due volte l’hanno dovuta rimuovere, se nel frattempo non fosse passata l’estate direi che il lavoro che mi avevano fatto faceva ridere. Cambiato ditta in una settimana mi hanno fatto il lavoro perfetto con più o meno la stessa spesa con erba un cm.piu alta. Sono stata proprio sfortunato a capitare in questa Ditta.

I changed company in a week and they did the perfect job for me with more or less the same expense with grass one cm higher. I was just unfortunate to come across this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistati profili angolari e dopo circa 10 gg sono arrivati . Al di là dei 30 euro della spedizione che se fosse stata veloce al limite era motivata , la merce era in un imballo ridicolo alle estremità ed i profili gravemente danneggiati. Non ho potuto segnalare al corriere con la dicitura con riserva perche esternamente l imballo sembrava apposto .
Conterà poco perché i soldi sono stati velocissimi a chiederli e ad ottenerli ma personalmente sconsiglio l acquisto da questi signori

Ha inoltre una varietà di tessuti d'arredamento, tappeti, carte da parati e altro come difficilmente si trova. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Nonostante fosse la prima volta che acquistavo da loro mi hanno fatto sentire come un cliente abituale, di casa. La segretaria, gentilissima, mi ha addirittura passato telefonicamente il titolare Mario per un consiglio tecnico. Sono stato assistito e accontentato con celerità, efficienza e professionalità. Un comportamento eccezionale a cui di solito non siamo abituati acquistando online, straconsigliato!
My experience with this company (found by chance looking on the web for a PVC floor) has been absolutely exceptional, I would like to recommend it to anyone, exceptional friendliness, cordiality and professionalism. Although it was the first time I bought from them, they made me feel like a regular customer, at home. The very kind secretary even passed me the owner Mario by phone for technical advice. I was assisted and satisfied with speed, efficiency and professionalism. An exceptional behavior that we are usually not used to when shopping online, highly recommended!

Ora sono tornata volentieri ma mi ha seguita una ragazza giovane per niente preparata,che non sapeva neanche di cosa parlava e sparava prezzi assurdi a caso. Purtroppo non c'è stato verso di parlare con qualcuno di più competente e mi dispiace perchè in questo modo perdete i clienti che vi siete fatti nel tempo...io per esempio dovevo fare un acquisto importante ma non ottenedo i giusti consigli ho dovuto rivolgermi altrove..

Now I'm happy to come back but a young girl followed me, not at all prepared, who didn't even know what she was talking about and shot absurd prices at random. Unfortunately there was no way to talk to someone more competent and I'm sorry because in this way you lose the customers you have made over time ... for example I had to make an important purchase but not getting the right advice I had to contact somewhere else..
