Non conosco l'azienda quindi chiedo se fosse possibile un sopralluogo nel mio appartamento. Tale Signor Giancarlo mi investe immediatamente con un fiume di parole dicendo che ha molto lavoro. Che se lui deve venire fino a casa mia esce solo se è sicuro dell'acquisto. E che i preventivi si pagano. Infine che devo essere io a prendere le misure e andare da lui è se per caso "andiamo d'accordo" e io compro un tot di tende allora verrà a montarle a casa mia. Insomma, un buzzurro senza un briciolo di professionalità né di gentilezza. Mi sono rivolta altrove ed ho trovato ottimi prodotti e un servizio impeccabile. Il proprietario è una persona affabile e simpatica, sempre pronto a consigliare il miglior prodotto in base alle caratteristiche ed esigenze del cliente. Ha una vasta scelta di materassi e cuscini, per le tende ha a disposizione cataloghi con molti modelli e disegni diversi, adattabili al proprio portafoglio ed alla propria dimora. Abbiamo comprato da Tessilcasa tutti i nostri materassi, abbiamo rimpiazzato i nostri vecchi cuscini ed abbiamo rifatto le tende da sole sempre da loro. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene, l'installazione delle tende da sole automatizzate è stata molto professionale e ci ha sollevato da un bel po' di impicci dovuti alla qualità delle nostre mura non troppo eccelsi.
