Il salame si presenta privo di profumo e di sapore, inoltre alla masticazione si avvertono scricchiolii come se nel prodotto ci fosse della sabbia. La mia ipotesi è che siano state mescolate nella macinazione ossa di suino. Prodotto pessimo, che intendo segnalare ai NAS. Purchased today (19/12/2018) at Carrefour Express Via Giovanni da Milano (MI) Salame Felino PGI produced by Terre Ducali. The salami is devoid of fragrance and flavor, moreover, when chewed, crunches are heard as if there were sand in the product. My guess is that pig bones were mixed in the grinding. Bad product, which I intend to report to the NAS.

I didn't like the raw ham. Nice looking, without all that moisture you find in many other brands but it had almost no flavor.

Purtroppo questo prodotto si è rivelato di pessima qualità, con un colore innaturale indice di abuso di nitriti come conservanti, con una pelle inconsistente, similplastica, e con un gusto piatto, senza sapore né profumo . Davvero una delusione.... I bought a "salami felino IGP" hoping to eat a good product, genuine and guaranteed, if nothing else, by the IGP brand. Unfortunately this product turned out to be of poor quality, with an unnatural color indicating the abuse of nitrites as preservatives, with an inconsistent, plastic-like skin, and with a flat taste, without flavor or perfume. Really a disappointment ....
