Location accogliente e versatile, considerato il fatto di poter usufruire di un piano superiore, che si raggiunge mediante una simpatica scala in appartamento, entrando direttamente in un comodo vano verandato con una carina ed insolita struttura in legno, dove è possibile preparare colazione pranzo e cena ed intrattenersi, perché adibita a punto cottura con annesse comodità ed annessa terrazza, che lascia spazio ad un relax fuori dal comune per la splendida vista mare che insieme alla bellezza e movimenti tipici del luogo, lascia cogliere colori tradizioni e abitudini tipici del territorio barese. La comodità di avere inoltre tutte le comodità e servizi commerciali all'interno del Paese. Da consigliare a tutte le persone che cercano anche la tranquillità e la versatilità per poter raggiungere con poco la vicina SS16 che può raccordarsi ovunque, dove poter scegliere di raggiungere altri luoghi di mare, locali gastronomici, commerciali del centro e della periferia di Bari e di divertimento!

CON: - The rooms are quite cold in January (it was +13°C inside when we checked in, about the same temperature that was outside), but if you leave both ACs on set to heater mode and thermostat set to +30°C for a few hours, it gets okayish. - No microwave :( There is a mini oven, though. - The power line is very weak. Should you have both conditioners working and the boiler would start heating the water, you will promptly hear a loud click from the fusebox meaning you have to reset the main fuse. Working combinations include: boiler + 2 ACs + heater panel in the kitchen, boiler + 1 AC + heater panel in the kitchen + hairdryer, boiler + 1 AC + heater panel in the kitchen + electric kettle, boiler + 1 AC + heater panel in the kitchen + mini oven. Lights don't seem to affect the power line very much. - There is no actual parking lot on premise. What is meant by free parking is that you can just leave the car on the street. Not the safest option, and you can easily get a scratch on your rented vehicle. PRO: The apartment has a really good view from the terrace and is very spacey, with a second floor and a terrace. We especially liked that the kitchen is on the second floor where exit to the terrace is, as we could have breakfast while enjoying a great overview of the Santo Spirito seaside. The host does a very good job of explaining everything – we had zero questions and issues whatsoever. We also wanted to leave earlier as we were planning to visit Polignano before our return flight, and early checkout also wasn't a problem. The apartment is also very bright in the evening – even with just a floor lamp in the bedroom the whole room was quite well lit. There were plenty of towels and everything was in good order. There are lots of dishes and tableware in the kitchen, so you can cook yourself some pasta for dinner if you don't want to go outside :) There are lots of cafes, bakeries, pizzerias and restaurants nearby, so you won't have any problem finding a place where to eat (I heavily recommend the pastry shop on Via Napoli, 118 called "L'Angolo del Cornetto" where you can buy probably the tastiest cornettos you've ever eaten). Overall, it is a very good value and I definitely recommend these apartments, although next time we would choose to visit Bari in a warmer season :D
