Abbiamo scoperto che non solo lo chef sa dare buoni consigli, ma è anche un artista. Ispirati dalla piacevolezza di questi piatti e dalla bellezza della terrazza, abbiamo ordinato anche una superba frittura di calamari e gamberi e un calamaro alla griglia con caponatina di verdure. On the advice of the chef, we ordered a raw appetizer and a seafood salad and as a first course a sinuessana (linguine with salmon, pistachio and lemon cream). We have found that not only the chef knows how to give good advice, but he is also an artist. Inspired by the pleasantness of these dishes and the beauty of the terrace, we also ordered a superb fried calamari and prawns and a grilled squid with vegetable caponatina. All excellent. Absolutely recommended.

La piscina ha bisogno di manutenzione, peccato perché l'acqua sulfurea che esce ha poteri curativi migliori di alcune sorgenti termali che sono nelle vicinanze. Si gode un panorama stupendo. Per questo motivo il gestore o dovrebbe assicurare un servizio migliore in presenza di cerimonie o non dovrebbe prendere prenotazioni extra.
