Diese bezahlbare Sterneküche lässt dich die Region so hautnah erleben wie du es dir vorher gar nicht hättest vorstellen können und dein Gaumen will irgendwann einfach nur noch weiter essen!  We feel very lucky that we found this address by chance. It was one of the highlights of our vacation in Sicily. Mise en place particolare e moderna, Giuseppe Costantino ottimo padrone di casa, si divide tra cucina e sala coccolando i suoi ospiti. Le portate sono una scalata di sapori del territorio sapientemente elaborati e realizzati, a quando la prima stella? Consigliatissimo!
Excellent gastronomic experience, small and welcoming place, with attention to the smallest details. Particular and modern mise en place, Giuseppe Costantino, excellent host, divides himself between kitchen and dining room, pampering his guests. The courses are a climb of flavors of the territory expertly elaborated and made, when the first star? Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante un weekend di fuga dalla città approdiamo in questo ristorante. Riceve solo su prenotazione, quindi consiglio vivamente di prenotare prima. Può ospitare fino a 16 coperti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il ristorante è presente anche sulle guide del gambero Rosso, le vie di Ulisse, la guida Michelin. Unico commento che mi sento di fare è che a preparare cibi gourmet con materie prime raffinate potrebbero essere bravi tutti, mentre preparare piatti gourmet con una semplice patata piuttosto che con la zucca lo trovo più difficile. Grandi complimenti allo chef e allo staff. Consigliatissimo.
During a weekend away from the city we land in this restaurant. Receives by reservation only, so I highly recommend booking in advance. It can accommodate up to 16 seats. We ate very well. The restaurant is also present in the Gambero Rosso guides, the streets of Ulysses, the Michelin guide. The only comment I would like to make is that everyone could be good at preparing gourmet foods with refined raw materials, while preparing gourmet dishes with a simple potato rather than pumpkin I find it more difficult. Big compliments to the chef and staff. Highly recommended.

Even though we were the only guests, everything was perfect-from the food to the service. The Location is a bit difficult to get to, but in our opinion, it is worth it! It’s simply a stunning Location!
