Dopo aver visionato la sezione delle migali, ho guardato un po' tutto il sito; si nota che è creato e mantenuto da persone appassionate. Quando ho telefonato per avere informazioni, ho parlato direttamente col signor Alibrandi, che è stato tutt' altro che sbrigativo, anzi, ha risposto alle mie domande in modo esauriente ed ho avuto la certezza di interloquire con un appassionato, piuttosto che con un mero venditore. Le volte seguenti ho parlato con l' addetto che si occupa del settore delle "tarantole"; il quale mi ha tenuto informato sullo stato di salute degli animali da me comperati. Per la situazione della Nazione in zona rossa che ha interessato il periodo della Santa Pasqua ed i giorni precedenti, proprio quelli durante i quali la mia spedizione sarebbe dovuta avvenire, mi è stato comunicato, che per il benessere degli animali, la stessa era stata rinviata. Questo mi ha fatto un' ottima impressione, poiché il benessere degli animali viene anteposto a tutto. La spedizione è stata rapidissima. L' imballaggio è stato fatto a regola d' arte; gli animali, contenuti dentro alle proprie scatoline con carta inumidita erano protetti all' interno di una scatola di polistirolo che preservava la loro temperatura ottimale. La stessa era a sua volta imballata. Appena immessi nel loro terrario, si sono ambientati rapidamente ed ora stanno esplorando il nuovo ambiente. Sono davvero soddisfatto e mi affiderò a Terraqua in futuro. La scelta è davvero ampissima. Simply fabulous! I heartily recommend Terraqua! Può capitare ci mancherebbe, anche se loro dicono che è stata la prima volta che gli capitava (ma pensa che sfortuna!) Morale che l'ordine è stato fatto il 14 di novembre e la tarantola è arrivata il 14 di gennaio MORTA perché spedita con poste italiane. Un po' un controsenso per chi scrive sul suo sito facebook che si preoccupa come prima cosa dell'incolumità degli animali e fa le spedizioni solo il Lunedì per non lasciare il "vivo" troppo in giro e poi usufruisce del corriere più inaffidabile di questo mondo. Non solo ma la responsabilità è totalmente del cliente (attenzione non del corriere), loro nessuna responsabilità. Bè comunque per consolarci di tutti questi disguidi ci hanno proposto sul prossimo ordine uno sconto del 7% che peraltro dal secondo ordine avrei avuto comunque......... Pessimi. Ho visto che il negozio risponde sempre meticolosamente alle recensioni che gli vengono fatte dagli acquirenti: risparmiatevi di rispondermi, la cosa non mi interessa più di tanto e non la guarderò certamente. Cancellerò sia indirizzo mail sia il link del vostro sito dal mio telefono e spero che l'esperienza che condivido serva a fare riflettere chi pensava ad un acquisto del genere on line.0 stelle. È stata una lunga attesa, con parecchi intoppi e imprecisioni riguardo le tempistiche, tanto ad un certo punto da quasi perdere la fiducia. Devo ammettere però che per tutto il tempo, ad ogni mio dubbio, il negoziante è sempre stato presente e prontamente ha cercato di accontentare le mie richieste. Alla fine la tarantola è stata spedita con una spedizione celere tramite Sda che ha fatto un ottimo lavoro trasportando il pacco per una lunga distanza in appena 48 ore. L' animaletto è arrivato ben imballato e stabilizzato, in perfetta salute, con scaldino termico. Mi ritengo molto soddisfatto dell'ordine, e se non fosse per il lungo disservizio riguardante la tempistica, avrei messo 5 stelle. Consiglio in caso di problemi, pazienza ed un confronto diretto con lo staff, sicuramente pronto ad assistervi. Io ordinerò ancora.
