Personale con poca voglia di lavorare, invece di assistere i clienti preferisce chiacchierare tra di loro

Disponibilità di prodotti negli scaffali decisamente buona .prezzi nella norma con picchi extra per promozioni pubblicitarie(prezzi civetta). Personale un po freddino e quasi indifferente alle richieste di consiglio o di aiuto sui alcuni prodotti. Di solito per questo lascio solo due stelle . La terza perché la giornata NO può capitare

Nulla da dire rispetto le commesse, educate e disponibili. Negozio ordinato sempre. Chiaramente la qualità dei prodotti rispecchia il prezzo riportato nel cartello. Buono invece l'intimo.

On October 4th, 2020 at 15:30 pm, I bought three items from shop “Terranova” Fabriano Italy. Before I bought them, I had question about their prices. So I brought the products to the checkout point and asked the staff about the prices. A staff at the checkpoint told me she would check the prices of the products for me then she checked it in the computer system and gave me the prices. Then I decided to take out one of the items. This employee immediately showed a frustrated expression and unhappy face to me. Seemed that she would have to cancel the data on the computer. I myself had a doubt that if it was my fault but I’m sure I did tell this employee that I would like to know the exact price first. Then she used a method to check the price the payment system. In the meantime, she had a conversation with her colleague about solving system problems. They were discussing and I heard the word "cazzo,"in that conversation, a disrespectful word, in front of the customer. When finished fixing the system I would like to pay my bills in cash. The total amount was 23,95 €. I handed over a fifty-euro banknote. This same employee asked me if I had smaller banknotes. I looked through my wallet but I only had fifty-euro bills. She was upset with me again and said she had no changes. I even apologized to her as I thought It was my fault. But I only had a single fifty-euro banknote. She repeated to me that she had no changes either. I was waiting how she would sort it out, she was just in her upset moment for a while. Then she opened the drawer and gave me the change. I found this behavior of this staff very unprofessional and disrespectful.
