★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho acquistato vari capi di abbigliamento. Purtroppo in cassa erano disponibili solo 2 persone e la fila dei clienti era di almeno 50 persone. Molto poco professionale anche perché siamo in periodo di saldi.
Today I bought various items of clothing. Unfortunately, only 2 people were available at the ticket office and the number of customers was at least 50 people. Very unprofessional also because we are in sales.

Fa passare i clienti dall'uscita senza rispettare il turno e il distanziamento causa covid ,aggredendo chi glielo fa notare!
Che tristezza incontrare personale così poco qualificato in un negozio così carino!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è pessimo, il personale è poco professionale (commesse che chattano e parlano tranquillamente al telefono-cellulare durante il servizio in cassa) e non risponde alla richiesta della clientela. Non ritorneró mai più dopo una serie di eventi spiacevoli, che, con l'assistenza di un personale diligente, si sarebbero tranquillamente evitati . La qualità dei capi d'abbigliamento è discreta.
The service is very bad, the staff is unprofessional (salespeople chatting and talking quietly on the mobile phone during the checkout service) and does not respond to customer requests. I will never return after a series of unpleasant events, which, with the assistance of diligent staff, could have been safely avoided. The quality of the clothing is decent.

I bought a jacket and 2 really nice caps in promotion .. I was served by a very kind girl named Federica who assisted me for advice and the sizes of the jacket .. I feel like saying recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non competente , dopo mezz'ora che aspettavo per pagare alla cassa, impegnata con una sola persona per una iscrizione, hanno aperto un altra cassa facendo passare avanti un altra persona non in fila. Ho lasciato i miei capi perché non hanno rispettato la fila.
Non-competent staff, after waiting for half an hour to pay at the cashier, engaged with only one person for a registration, they opened another cashier by letting another person not in line pass forward. I left my bosses because they didn't respect the line.

Very nice shop knowledgeable staff that makes you feel comfortable. I couldn't find the sizes of some pants and the saleswoman Federica was immediately ready to help me. Excellent shop one of the best in the whole center. Very competitive prices.
