★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been nearly two years since we undertook survey services for Ternienergia at a Photovoltaic Plant in Lusaka, Zambia.
The road to getting settlement has been exceedingly tiresome and we highly regret having gotten involved in this project.
In the past 20-months we have sent statements kindly requesting settlement of the open account.
We have sent a myriad emails to Ternienergia team members – none of them ever get answered.
Countless calls were made to the office in Narni and NOBODY bothers to answer the phone. How can you run a business like this?
A letter of demand sent by our attorney in December also seems to have been futile.
The level of professionalism at Ternienergia is nothing short of shameful and appalling from a large European company.
We also discovered that Ternienergia was subsequently fired from the project by Enel yet fully paid for the feasibility work. We however, were not fully compensated for our work meaning Ternienergia are in essence thieves!
