On Sunday the boiler blocked me, thus remaining without hot water and without heating with 2 degrees outside. Fabio contacts me on Sunday and remotely on whatsapp helps me solve the problem. If this is not professionalism! Thanks again! I recommend it to everybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo recensioni positive ma nel mio caso sono piuttosto deluso perché dopo averli contattati questa estate per un preventivo per l'installazione di una stufa a pellet, essi hanno tempestivamente effettuato il sopralluogo dandomi indicazioni positive sulla fattibilità, ma ora che vorrei concretizzare e far effettuare i lavori, nonostante abbia già contattato più volte la segretaria per manifestare la mia volontà di provvedere all'effettuazione del lavoro, non vengo ricontattato dal titolare neanche per darmi una possibile data di inizio lavori.
Rimango in attesa di una chiamata.
