★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo quando sono 13 anni che ti servi da una ditta (positivamente e senza mai aver avuto nessun tipo di incomprensione), presenti semplicemente un problema via telefono alla titolare ( con semplicità, senza alzare minimamente la voce, come fosse una semplice chiacchierata tra amici e soprattutto evidenziando che il mio problema era successo a garanzia scaduta), questa persona se possiamo chiamare tale ti aggredisce senza darti la possibilità neanche per un un'attimo di rispondere, chiudendoti alla fine il telefono nella faccia, penso che non abbia bisogno di commenti. Purtroppo l'educazione "non si aggiusta".

Unfortunately, education "does not adjust".
