★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 4 giorni hanno sostituito la caldaia ed installato un nuovo impianto di climatizzazione. La caldaia (Remeha) va alla grande e fa ottimamente il suo lavoro. Per la climatizzazione aspettiamo che arrivi il caldo per testarlo. I tecnici sono stati molto discreti e professionali. Consigliatissimo!
In 4 days they have replaced the boiler and installed a new air conditioning system. The boiler (Remeha) going great and does his work well. For the air conditioning we wait for the heat to arrive to test it. The technicians were very discreet and professional. Highly recommended!

Ho dovuto alzare la voce per far valere il mio diritto di recesso di un contratto di manutenzione caldaia Baxi che il giorno dopo della manutenzione la caldaia non funzionava più.. mai avuto nessun problema prima. Mi hanno pure fatto pagare la chiamata per non avermi risolto il problema perché volevano sostituirmi un pezzo della caldaia costoso quale non era dovuto da quello il malfunzionamento. Dubbiosa nel dover spendere molti soldi, ho dovuto chiamare a pagamento un'altra ditta per risolvere i danni quali mi hanno risolto subito senza sostituire nulla. Pessimi davvero.
Dishonest. I had to raise my voice to assert my right of withdrawal from a Baxi boiler maintenance contract that the day after the maintenance the boiler was no longer working .. never had any problems before. They also charged me for the call for not having solved the problem because they wanted to replace an expensive piece of the boiler which was not due to the malfunction. Doubtful in having to spend a lot of money, I had to call another company for a fee to fix the damages which they fixed me immediately without replacing anything. Really bad.
