★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco seria il proprietario Si vede soltanto quando ti deve vendere il prodotto e poi scompare si eclissa Per quanto riguarda l'assistenza praticamente quasi assente gli devi chiamare più volte e non si presentano quasi mai il personale di assistenza sgorbutico è inadeguato e scostante con la clientela assolutamente sconsigliata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato due volte perche' la caldaia non si accende quindi niente acqua calda e ancora non sappiamo quando verranno vuol dire o che rimango sudata e puzzolente oppure vado a casa della.signora che e' la segretaria o a casa del proprietario del negozio a farmi la doccia mah vedremo appena mi raffreddo avendo fatto la doccia con acqua fredda che in passato ho avuto la bronchite vi mando al negozio la polizia per denuncia mancata assistenza e poi vediamo

Premetto che la mia pratica è di estrema facilità, casa del 2018, tutta in regola, quindi niente di difficile.
Tramite il proprietario ho inoltrato tutta la documentazione il 26 marzo all'ingegnere della ditta.
Mai nessuna risposta, dopo 2 mesi, mi sono portato in negozio, il proprietario presente si è rifiutato di accogliermi in ufficio, ( aveva troppi impegni quel giorno), comunque tramite il suo personale mi fa sapere che la pratica la sta gestendo il suo ingegnere e verrò contattato tra qualche giorno.
Il vuoto, mai nessuno si è fatto sentire, professionalità 0.
P.s. ho fatto già il superbunus, con un'altra ditta seria.
