 I asked for a quote for an air conditioner (three months ago) and I'm still waiting! I called them every day for two weeks and I was always bounced to the next day ... shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nn mi è piaciuto molto il tecnico...senza dire niente ha cambiato alcuni pezzi...nn mi ha lasciato quelli vecchi x verificare...x correttezza avrebbe dovuto avvertire che alcuni pezzi andavano sostituiti .....
I didn't really like the technician ... without saying anything he changed some pieces ... he didn't leave me the old ones to check ... x correctness he should have warned that some pieces had to be replaced .....

Terrible, staff who come to do the annual maintenance, just come there to waste time, pretending to clean or look at the boiler.
