Ho provato a telefonare e inviare email per avere info ma non ho avuto mai nessuna risposta. Alla fine ho trovato l'articolo in un negozio della mia zona, tra l'altro anche ad un prezzo più basso. Very bad. I saw their site because there was an article I needed. I tried to call and send email for info but I never had any answer. In the end I found the item in a shop in my area, among other things also at a lower price.

Perdere tempo è la cosa che odio di più al mondo. per questo vi meritate almeno un "RIDICOLI". Ridiculous company: willing to buy some material from them I am told to wait for the afternoon because the technician would have been able to tell me about the extra features and advise on the purchase. after a week and two reminders, I received no reply. Wasting time is the thing I hate most in the world. for this you deserve at least a "RIDICLES".

Chiamo la mattina alle 9:30 x sapere se hanno disponibile un ricambio, il proprietario controlla e mi dice che è disponibile e che alle 15:30 posso andarlo a ritirare nel loro ufficio, gli ribadisco che mi serve il pezzo in giornata e mi assicura che alle 16:00 il pezzo era disponibile in azienda. Mi presento alle 16 è mi dicono che x un errore il pezzo non è disponibile. Organizzazione pessima. Fortuna che sono a 10 km da loro. Evitate se potete.... Aggiornamento del 26 Febbraio 2019 alle ore 15:40: Mi chiama una signora della Fausto ricambi e invece di scusarsi inizia ad insultarmi, minacciandomi e dicendomene di tutti i colori che se non cambio la recensione me la farà pagare. Acquistate da aziende serie, da aziende che accettano le recensioni negative e le utilizzano per migliorare i loro servizi. Evitate aziende come questa... Persone pessime.... Bad. I call in the morning at 9:30 am to know if they have a spare available, the owner checks and tells me that it is available and that at 3:30 pm I can pick it up in their office, I reiterate that I need the piece in the day and assures me that at 16:00 the piece was available in the company. I introduce myself at 16 and tell me that x an error the piece is not available. Bad organization. Luckily I'm 10 km from them. Avoid if you can .... Update of February 26, 2019 at 15:40: A lady of the Fausto spare parts calls me and instead of apologizing starts to insult me, threatening me and telling me of all the colors that if I do not change the review will make me pay. Buy from serious companies, from companies that accept negative reviews and use them to improve their services. Avoid companies like this ... Bad people ....
D	Darrell Roedts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pump from this company it cost me 163.33 us dollars to ship to me.was wrong pump I shipped back for 138 us dollars ebay or seller only gave me back 131 us dollars only to have seller restock this item and make more money off this part shame on ebay and the seller listed in this review because I will let every one know about ebay it's ok I'll pay a little money to know in the long wrong theses companies lose money and customers or more satisfying go out of business
