★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì si è rotta la caldaia. Ho chiamato e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato dopo una decina di giorni per dirmi quando potevano venire. Allora chiedo: se decidessi di cambiare la caldaia i tempi si accorcerebbero? Mi rispondono: sì, ma deve chiamare il titolare per un preventivo. Chiamo sul cell il titolare, mi fa, in maniera abbastanza scocciata uno pseudo preventivo al telefono e mi dice di richiamare per avere un sopralluogo. Non ho avuto nessun contatto, non sono stato proprio considerato, né per l eventuale preparazione, né per il sopralluogo. Ho contattato un'altra ditta, della quale ovviamente non faccio il nome, e la sera stessa sono venuti a riparare la caldaia! Io non pretendo di trovare una ditta subito a mia disposizione, ma almeno mi aspetto considerazione, professionalità e cortesia. Il problema è risolto già da giorni, solo oggi faccio recensione per vedere se almeno mi avrebbero chiamato con ritardo, niente. Professionalità e cortesia zero
 The boiler broke on Monday. I called and they said they would call me after ten days to tell me when they could come. So I ask: if I decided to change the boiler, would the times be shorter? They answer me: yes, but you must call the owner for a quote. I call the owner on the cell, he gives me a pseudo quote on the phone in a rather annoyed way and tells me to call back for an inspection. I had no contact, I was not really considered, neither for the possible preparation, nor for the inspection. I contacted another company, of which I obviously do not name, and the same evening they came to repair the boiler! I do not pretend to find a company immediately available to me, but at least I expect consideration, professionalism and courtesy. The problem has been solved for days, only today I review to see if at least they would have called me late, nothing. Professionalism and zero courtesy
