Sono un po oberati in inverno ma cercano di essere quanto più rapidi possibile in ragione della gravità del problema. Tecnici molto preparati e front office educato ed efficiente. They solved a problem on the pellet stove that lasted for years and now it's a bomb !! In a good way of course. They are a bit overwhelmed in winter but try to be as quick as possible due to the severity of the problem. Very trained technicians and polite and efficient front office.
g	guido castagnacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta poco seria, dopo aver preso appuntamento 70gg prima per la pulizia annuale della termostufa, il giorno prima ricevo una telefonata per la conferma, il giorno stesso dell'assistenza programmata vengo nuovamente contattato dicendomi che per problemi devono spostare il giorno e mi viene comunicato che verrà spostato di 36gg, gli rispondo che per me non va bene ................ risposta? Non possiamo farci niente perchè si scombina il giro ............ ma stiamo scherzando? Il problema non è il mio ma di Cerrotti ........ ho disdetto l'appuntamento e in futuro non lo chiamerò più !!!!!
