★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE! Abbiamo acquistato da loro un sistema Fujitsu trial split. Dopo poco meno di un anno, ad agosto 2018 da due dei tre split ha iniziato, quando in funzione, ad uscire una puzza acidula insopportabile. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza e sono intervenuti ad ottobre 2018 trovando gli split perfettamente puliti e dopo aver escluso fisicamente gli scarichi della condensa, hanno spruzzato un prodotto al mentolo che mischiandosi alla puzza che già facevano, ci hanno costretti a stare fuori casa 2 giorni lasciando accesi i condizionatori per tutto il tempo per far sfumare l'odore vomitevole. Costo 40€. Abbiamo subito fatto presente l'inefficacia dell'intervento e il disagio causatoci, ci hanno rimandati via via fino a gennaio 2019 asserendo che la Fujitsu non riteneva possibile tale problematica e che gli avevrebbe spedito un prodotto igienizzante apposito.
Ditemi voi se ci vogliono 3 mesi per spedire un fustino?
Assicurandoci che se questo intervento non fosse stato risolutivo avrebbero sostituito i due split, il terzo ha sempre funzionato perfettamente, il tecnico è intervenuto nuovamente per fare il lavaggio dello split (questa volta solo su uno split così abbiamo chiuso la porta ed abbiamo potuto vivere in casa) dopo due giorni l'odore acidulo è tornato a farsi sentire forte come prima. Ad oggi continuano a dirci che siccome la Fujitsu non ritiene possibile una cosa del genere non ci cambieranno i prodotti guasti. Signor titolare della Termocasa lei deve rispondere dei prodotti che vende ed installa, dei suoi rapporti con i fornitori non sono cose che ci riguardano, lei si rifarà con loro secondo i vostri accordi commerciali! La solita professionalità "a putia" reggina!
Sottolineo che gli installatori ed i tecnici intervenuti sono sempre stati professionali.

ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID! We bought a Fujitsu trial split system from them. After just under a year, in August 2018 from two of the three splits an unbearable sour smell started to come out. We asked for assistance and they intervened in October 2018, finding the splits perfectly clean and after physically excluding the condensate drains, they sprayed a menthol product which, mixing with the stench they already had, forced us to stay out of the house for 2 days, leaving the conditioners all the time to make the sickening smell fade. Cost € 40. We immediately pointed out the ineffectiveness of the intervention and the discomfort it caused us, they sent us back until January 2019, asserting that Fujitsu did not consider this problem possible and that they would have sent them a special sanitizing product.
Can you tell me if it takes 3 months to ship a keg?
Making sure that if this intervention had not been decisive they would have replaced the two splits, the third has always worked perfectly, the technician intervened again to wash the split (this time only on a split so we closed the door and we could live in casa) after two days the sour smell is back to being strong as before. To this day they keep telling us that since Fujitsu does not think such a thing is possible, they will not change the broken products. Mr. Owner of the Termocasa you must answer for the products you sell and install, for your relations with suppliers are not things that concern us, you will make up for them according to your commercial agreements! The usual professionalism "a putia" from Reggio!
I emphasize that the installers and technicians who have intervened have always been professional.
A case where the fish only stinks in the head !!!

Posso semplicemente dire che il lavoro è stato eseguito alla perfezione, con alta serietà e professionalità. Persone serie e competenti sia l'architetto Frascati che ha fatto il sopralluogo che il personale che ha provveduto all'installazione. Società alla quale suggerisco di affidarsi ciecamente.
I needed to buy and install a Samsung 24000 btu column air conditioner. I contacted the Samsung Italy center which directed me to the Termocasa srl company. I can simply say that the work was done to perfection, with high seriousness and professionalism. Serious and competent people both the architect Frascati who carried out the inspection and the staff who carried out the installation. Company to which I suggest to rely blindly.
