A febbraio nel cuore della discesa artica di freddo, si è bloccata per l'ennesima volta la mia caldaia già visitata dalla Termotecnica 6 volte negli ultimi 2 anni (ho le ricevute) per interventi decisivi, visto che loro seguono la marca che ho installato. Esito: caldaia da cambiare, dopo 400 euro di spese... per disperazione mia moglie ha chiamato altra ditta a dare una guardata prima di andare da suocera in attesa di sostituzione (in casa 12 gradi...). Intervento fatto al buio da tecnico venuto per caso... e funziona ancora!!! Mai più Termo Tecnica... solo spillare euro...Mai sentiti...neanche per nuova caldaia in teoria...Mai più, mai più! Unfortunately, I write this review in spite of myself, for a company I trusted. In February in the heart of the Arctic cold descent, my boiler, already visited by Termotecnica 6 times in the last 2 years (I have the receipts) for decisive interventions, stopped for the umpteenth time, since they follow the brand I installed. Result: boiler to be changed, after 400 euros of expenses ... out of desperation my wife called another company to have a look before going to the mother-in-law waiting for a replacement (12 degrees at home ...). Intervention done in the dark by a technician who came by chance ... and it still works !!! Never again Termo Tecnica ... just tapping euros ... Never heard of it ... not even for a new boiler in theory ... Never again, never again!
f	francesca d.c. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati loro clienti per 22 anni. Mai avuto un problema, disponibili e ricevuto un intervento anche durante le festività di natale. Ma dopo l'ultimo intervento abbiamo deciso di non rivolgerci più a loro. Durante la riparazione della pompa della caldaia ( messa in un punto non accessibile non per nostra scelta ma per decisione del costruttore) una parte del mobile della cucina ha ceduto sotto il peso dell'operaio. Nn abbiamo detto nulla ma ricevuto neanche le scuse! Per tutto il tempo dell'intervento l'uomo non faceva altro che ripetere che non bisogna prendere in assistenza caldaie nn montate da loro( dopo 22anni?). Ho chiesto cortesemente se mi stringeva la valvola di un calorifero e lui ha fatto! Peccato che poi quella valvola nn abbia tenuto e al rientro dal lavoro ho trovato il pavimento in legno allagato ( secondo danno!) Chiamati per risolvere il problema ho pagato 50 euro per l'intervento! Mi dispiace molto per come è andata, credevo che dopo 22 anni l'essere cliente fisso fosse una garanzia e invece..... During the repair of the boiler pump (placed in an area that was not accessible not by our choice but by the manufacturer's decision), a part of the kitchen furniture gave way under the weight of the worker. We didn't say anything but we didn't even receive an apology! For the entire duration of the operation, the man did nothing but repeat that we should not take boilers installed by them (after 22 years?). I politely asked if I was holding the valve of a heater and he did! Too bad that then that valve did not hold and upon returning from work I found the flooded wooden floor (second damage!) Called to solve the problem I paid 50 euros for the intervention! I am very sorry for how it went, I believed that after 22 years being a regular customer was a guarantee and instead .....

Cortesissimi, nella stessa mattinata mi hanno ricontattato e fissato un appuntamento per il pomeriggio. Tecnico superpuntuale e corretto. Allora solita pulizia di gennaio, non mi sono accorto prima altrimenti non avrei pagato. Praticamente lo sporco della caldaia l’hanno buttato a terra e d è scappato prima che mi accorgessi. Pagato 100 euro per spostare lo sporco dalla caldaia al pavimento della terrazza. Carabinieri dicono che non c’è reato quindi inutile denuncia. Ma per quanto mi riguarda questi con me non lavorano più All experiences in life are useful, this one for example taught me never to call them again.
