Dopo il loro intervento per la manutenzione annuale, la caldaia ha iniziato a presentare immediatamente problemi di spegnimento continuo post utilizzo. Appena utilizzavo acqua calda o caloriferi si spegneva la fiammella, ho richiamato il tecnico e mi ha detto che poteva trattarsi della termovalvola. Ho chiesto spiegazioni sul fatto che il problema si fosse presentato immediatamente dopo il suo intervento e ha continuato ad insistere con questa tesi senza neanche uscire per verificare se potesse trattarsi di altro. Dopo i continui rifiuti sono stato costretto a chiamare un'altro centro autorizzato Beretta il quale è uscito e ha trovato un sensore di temperatura completamente scollegato, cosa che è stata dimostrata su foglio di intervento. Potrebbe essere successo durante il rimontaggio o che sia una dimenticanza, sta di fatto che a mio parere prima di ipotizzare probabili pezzi guasti bisognerebbe uscire e verificare che si tratti davvero di questo e che non si tratti di cavi scollegati. Dire che mi sono trovato malissimo è dire poco. Da quando ho scoperto questa cosa non riesco più a mettermi in contatto con loro quando chiamo. Personally, a very negative experience.
