★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta inaffidabile e poco seria. Chiamati per un'assistenza i primi di luglio per un trial e ancora in attesa. Chiamate innumerevoli. Appuntamenti saltati senza nemmeno preavvisare....3 mesi mi sembrano un'esagerazione!!!!
Unreliable and not very serious company. Called for assistance in early July for a trial and still pending. Countless calls. Missed appointments without even warning .... 3 months seem an exaggeration !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per un'info su un climatizzatore, mandato un whatsapp, risposta in meno di 10 minuti. Non ho avuto ancora esperienza della loro assistenza, ma servizio Clienti ottimo. 4,5 non c'è, messo 5 stelle.
Called for an info on an air conditioner, sent a whatsapp, answer in less than 10 minutes. I haven't had experience with their support yet, but great customer service. 4.5 is not there, put 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda per niente seria non rispondono al telefono ,mettono la segreteria non richiamano il cliente quando si riesce a parlare con qualcuno promettono di richiamare per un appuntamento che puntualmente non danno non richiamando .Dopo due giorni così ho chiamato un altra azienda che mi ha risolto subito il problema che tra l altro non era grave. Per fortuna non sono tutti come voi.
Uscendo di casa ho trovato il loro furgoncino nei pressi di casa , dunque o ci siete o ci fate .
Lasciate perdere cambiate mestiere non è per voi.
Company not at all serious do not answer the phone, they put the answering machine they do not call back the customer when you can talk to someone they promise to call back for an appointment that they punctually do not give by not calling back After two days I called another company that solved me immediately the problem which, among other things, was not serious. Fortunately, they are not all like you.
Leaving the house I found their van near the house, so either you are there or you are doing it.
Forget it, change jobs is not for you.
