M	Mary Santamaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo viaggio spesso e mi tocca fare scalo a Termoli. La posizione del terminal è a mio avviso ottima, è servita da molti bus e non c’è confusione. Per quanto riguarda il bar stenderei un velo pietoso, il personale è freddo e scortese per non dire maleducato. Non ti guardano in faccia, non dicono né “buonasera” né “buongiorno”. Mi è capitato di entrare per dover comprare un biglietto da viaggio e nel locale non c’erano clienti, c’ero solo io che ho dovuto aspettare 10 minuti per essere servita e nonostante si fossero accorti della mia presenza hanno continuato a fare ciò che facevano ossia controllare le riserve in frigo e pulire il bancone come se niente fosse. Non è la prima volta che mi capita, sembrano costretti al patibolo..capisco che lavorino molto ma è il loro lavoro stare a contatto con la clientela quindi cortesia e sorriso non dovrebbero mancare altrimenti fate altro. L’unico plauso va ai conducenti dei bus e basta, sempre cortesi e gentili. Unfortunately I travel often and I have to stop in Termoli. The location of the terminal is in my opinion excellent, it is served by many buses and there is no confusion. As for the bar, I would put a pitiful veil on it, the staff are cold and rude, not to say rude. They don't look you in the face, they don't say "good evening" or "good morning". I happened to come in to have to buy a travel ticket and there were no customers in the place, I was the only one who had to wait 10 minutes to be served and despite having noticed my presence they continued to do what they did that is, check the reserves in the fridge and clean the counter as if nothing had happened. It is not the first time that happens to me, they seem forced to the gallows .. I understand that they work a lot but it is their job to be in contact with the customers so courtesy and smile should not be missing otherwise do something else. The only applause goes to the bus drivers and that's it, always courteous and kind.
