Sono una ragazza di 18 anni che esegue giornalmente la tratta leno (piazza) - Bagnolo (fermata conad), per motivi lavorativi e devo essere in fermata alle 7:00 .
Per rientrare negli orari mi è comodo prendere il bus delle 6:30 direzione Brescia, ma questa mattina, dopo aver prenotato la fermata,l'autista non si è fermato e mi ha lasciato nel paese successivo (Poncarale) in uno stradone, perchè nella fermata di Bagnolo del Conad era in transito un altro bus ma ciononostante vi era lo spazio per sostare e fare scendere una persona.
Detto ciò ringrazio il fenomeno che ha fatto si che la signora per cui lavoro sia arrivata a lavoro in ritardo, abbia fatto preoccupare i bambini con cui lavoro e mi abbia fatto iniziare la giornata ata nel peggior modo possibile.
Consiglio di migliorare il servizio quanto prima e di assumere autisti competenti con capacità di risolvere problemi e non menefreghisti. Non è la prima recensione negativa che scrivo e non è il primo reclamo che faccio, non solo per me ma anche per mia sorella disabile che più volte è stata lasciata in fermata o ha avuto problemi con questo servizio.

I am an 18-year-old girl who runs the leno (piazza) - Bagnolo (conad stop) route daily, for work reasons and I have to be at the bus stop at 7:00 am.
To get back to the timetable it is convenient for me to take the 6:30 bus towards Brescia, but this morning, after booking the stop, the driver did not stop and left me in the next town (Poncarale) in a road, because in the Bagnolo del Conad stop another bus was in transit but nevertheless there was space to stop and let a person get off.
Having said that, I thank the phenomenon that made the lady I work for arrive late at work, worried the children I work with and made me start the day in the worst possible way.
I recommend improving the service as soon as possible and hiring competent drivers with the ability to solve problems and not careless. It is not the first negative review I write and it is not the first complaint I make, not only for me but also for my disabled sister who has been repeatedly left on the bus or had problems with this service.
