★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice structure, pools okay (average level) but they should learn how to speak more and to stress customers less. When I booked they didn’t state towels are NOT included, so once arrived you can only rent for 5€/towel plus 15€ deposit (only in cash). In some days you are forced to buy tickets for pools plus sauna, but once inside you find out that you can enter the big sauna area (consisting also in some other pools and different baths) only completely naked (and, again, you are not told of this in advance). So if I dont want to be naked (can be boring for some people, expecially for some cultures) I cant use something I HAD to pay for, and this for me is totally unfair. Moreover, you cant take pictures in the structure, so there are lifeguards (a sort of secret private police indeed) that continously check people with phones in their hands. If you have troubles dont ask for help, no one for the staffs will help you even though some procedures are not clear to most of the customers. Hospitality matters more than good architecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to go and relax all day. I only stayed 3 hours but I would have loved to stay the whole day. During weekdays is cheaper and less crowded. It has several internal pools connected to outdoor ones. There are several relaxing rooms and other facilities for massages and so on. The problem is the food, the cafe inside has only a couple of sandwiches to eat and the bigger restaurant is outside. There was another restaurant inside but it was closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is nice, but service is not worth to pay 97€ a person for a day spa: rarely to find drinking spots or any snacking included, just one towel where at least two needed, separated area not as nice and comfortable compared to silent rooms etc, forbidden to eat your own food.... bring your own towel and bathrobe instead and just take hourerly tickets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a special sauna - music is played during an artistic ‚Aufguss‘. Tamara and Franco are especially talented. The staff are polite, treat you with care and are professional. Bring your own towel, bathrobe and flip flops. I loved this place so much that I’ve gone several times and might even book into their hotel next time.

Tip: bring your own towel and shoes otherwise you'll have to purchase your own at the shop.
Everything was extremely clean and well set up, but the directions were very confusing and the way to the pool was not completely clear.
Highly recommend for a morning visit.
