★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quest'anno difficile per tutti è stato anche per me, perché ho avuto l' herpes zoster e non potendo assumere farmaci per una mia allergia ai prodotti chimici non è stato semplice curarla....il mio medico mi ha chiesto dove sarei andato in ferie e rispondendogli all'Elba, mi ha consigliato vivamente di fare fango balneoterapia alle Terme di San Giovanni. Io non ho mai frequentato le terme e comunque già che dovevo frequentare l' Ospedale di Portoferraio per fare fisioterapia, perché nel frattempo mi ero rotto un polso per non farmi mancare nulla per quest'anno, ho deciso di ascoltare il mio medico e fare questi fanghi, visto che le terme erano vicini al centro di riabilitazione.
Ho cominciato a fare questo ciclo di fanghi dopo aver fatto la visita iniziale e i primi sono stati pesanti, perché non abituato e mi sembrava che mi facessero riapparire l'herpes. Mi è stato detto che i fanghi dell'Elba sono presi dal limo che si produce lì e all'inizio sulla pelle, tirano fuori le tossine che abbiamo per poi sanare il derma.... È stata un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti, specialmente a chi come me, ha avuto problemi di eruzione cutanea e ringrazio tutto lo staff delle Terme, che è così professionale e gentile....

I have never attended the spa and in any case since I had to attend the Portoferraio Hospital to do physiotherapy, because in the meantime I had broken my wrist so as not to miss anything for this year, I decided to listen to my doctor and do these mud, since the baths were close to the rehabilitation center.
I started doing this course of muds after having made the initial visit and the first ones were heavy, because I am not used to it and it seemed to me that they made my herpes reappear. I was told that the muds of Elba are taken from the silt that is produced there and at the beginning on the skin, they take out the toxins we have and then heal the dermis .... It was an experience that I recommend to everyone, especially to those like me who have had rash problems and I thank all the staff at the Terme, who are so professional and kind ....
