Professionali, preparati, prodotti di eccezionale qualità, dolcissimi con i nostri cani...hanno le mani d'oro e un cuore enorme!! Da sei anni affido i miei cani a loro sia per la toeletta "normale" sia per la preparazione da expo e da sei anni dico SQUADRA CHE VINCE NON SI CAMBIA!!! con il mio anziano hanno fatto un miracolo, odiava andare in toelettatura, da loro entra scodinzolando e sale da solo sul tavolo oltre ad avergli fatto un restyling fenomenale, i più giovani, cresciuti con le loro attenzioni li adorano...cosa si può volere di più se non vedere i nostri cani bellissimi e sereni? altro punto a favore è la possibilità di stare nella sala d'attesa e poter vedere tutta la zona toelettatura così anche i cani più ansiosi possono sentirsi tranquilli vedendo il proprietario al di la della grande vetrata. Il mio cane un barboncino di piccola taglia secondo la proprietaria era ingestibile, solo perché è stato investito da un pirata ed è vivo per miracolo con zampa rotta con chiodi e bacino rotto, quindi ha paura di come si prende, dopo tre volte che lo portiamo in quel centro a tosare e lavare mi sento dire: dato che il vostro cane è ingestibile non me no portate più e il lavoro di oggi vi costa 45 euro. Ovviamente gli ho detto che il mio cane era più educato di loro e sono andato da Toe Zoo il centro li affianco ed ora sono cliente fisso ed il mio cane è diventato educato. Mi risponde la proprietaria, chiedo informazioni riguardo i trattamenti disponibili di toelette e ricevo risposte scocciate. Vado oltre, lei mi chiede la taglia del cane e senza darmi il tempo di rispondere mi chiede che razza sia, sicchè io rispondo e di nuovo senza nemmeno riuscire a finire la frase mi viene detto in modo stizzito che “io questi cani qui non li voglio, non voglio problemi” e mi sento attaccare il telefono in faccia. Mi dispiace che nel 2021 inoltrato ancora bisogna quasi vergognarsi di avere un determinato cane come se si andasse in giro con un assassino. Ah cara signora, per sua informazione il mio cane è addestrato e si comporta decisamente meglio di persone del genere. Se amate i vostri amici a 4 zampe non portateli qui, chi ama gli animali non li discrimina. Fortunatamente esistono altre strutture decisamente più professionali. Sono molto cortesi e professionali e sanno come trattare i nostri quattro zampe. I have been taking my French bulldog for periodic grooming for years.
