★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio veloce ed amichevole, ma la logistica dei locali e le assurde ed ipocondriache norme covid impongono lunghe file all'aperto, su strada.
Speriamo solo nella fine di questo assurdo psicodramma che, con la scusa di una finta pandemia, nasconde in realtà l'assalto ai nostri asset da parte della finanza internazionale.
 Fast and friendly service, but the logistics of the premises and the absurd and hypochondriac covid rules require long queues in the open, on the street.
We only hope for the end of this absurd psychodrama which, with the excuse of a fake pandemic, actually hides the assault on our assets by international finance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina sono andata a prendere le buste per le nuove disposizioni sulla raccolta del secco e la maleducazione dell'uomo alla sportello era davvero fuori dal mondo. Non esiste che un utente venga preso in giro e trattato male e con modi davvero sgarbati quando chiede informazioni su un servizio quando la stessa Team non ha informato i cittadini in modo chiaro sulle nuove disposizioni della raccolta. Raccolta che la mia famiglia paga più di
500 euro l'anno. Chiedo non solo chiarezza, rispetto e buona educazione, perché uno sportello informazioni è lo specchio di una società della sua politica aziendale, quindi la Team, se allo sportello tratta male i suoi utenti paga ti, è una società fatta di maleducati e di persone decisamente non professionali.
This morning I went to get the envelopes for the new provisions on the collection of the dry and the rude man at the counter was really out of this world. There is no way that a user is made fun of and treated badly and with really rude ways when asking for information on a service when the same Team has not clearly informed the citizens about the new provisions of the collection. Collection that my family pays more than
500 euros per year. I ask not only clarity, respect and good education, because an information desk is the mirror of a company of its corporate policy, therefore the Team, if it treats its users badly at the counter, is a company made up of rude people and decidedly people unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono alle mail e non rispondono al telefono: mi chiedo a cosa servano i contatti indicati! Lavora qualcuno all'interno dell'ufficio oppure si tratta dei soliti dipendenti statali furbetti del cartellino che timbrano l'entrata e poi trascorrono la loro giornata lavorativa al bar? Mi trovo a 600 Km di distanza dall'ufficio in questione, altrimenti mi toglierei lo sfizio di andare a vedere...
They do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone: I wonder what the contacts indicated are for! Does someone work in the office or is it the usual crafty state employees who stamp the entrance and then spend their working day at the bar? I am 600 km away from the office in question, otherwise I would take away the whim of going to see ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina dopo aver trovato finalmente parcheggio (rigorosamente a pagamento) mi reco presso l'ufficio in p.zza Garibaldi, mi metto in fila e arrivato il mio turno chiedo buste per raccolta plastica e calendario. Il dipendente mi poggia sul bancone un rotolo di buste gialle; chiedo cortesemente di averne un altro vista la difficoltà a raggiungere la location che la Team a scelto....... mi risponde "ci vediamo anno nuovo." Chiedo il calendario per differenziare anno 2022 mi dice che si distribuiscono in p.zza Martiri. Mi viene quindi spontaneo chiedere se non era logico averne anche nell'ufficio distribuzione buste e mastelli!? Cmq mi complimento per il servizio e il dipendente mi risponde: "Grazie". Non è poco considerando che quella sarà stata forse l'unica parola cortese di tutta la giornata! D'altronde di cosa ho da lamentarmi...... è tutto gratis!
This morning after having finally found parking (strictly paid) I go to the office in Piazza Garibaldi, I get in line and when it's my turn I ask for plastic collection bags and calendar. The employee places a roll of yellow envelopes on my counter; I kindly ask to have another one given the difficulty in reaching the location that the Team has chosen ....... he replies "see you new year." I ask for the calendar to differentiate the year 2022 tells me that they are distributed in Piazza Martiri. So it comes naturally to me to ask if it wasn't logical to have some in the bags and tubs distribution office too !? Anyway, I congratulate you on the service and the employee replies: "Thank you". It is no small thing considering that that may have been the only polite word of the whole day! On the other hand, what do I have to complain about ... it's all free!
