Dovevano farmi l'isee corrente,ho aspettato molto tempo dall'appuntamento preso telefonicamente e mi hanno fatto fare un viaggio a vuoto rifiutando di compilarmelo con la scusa che le normative sono di diversa interpretazione e che non ne avevo il diritto. Incompetenza e menefreghismo, invece di aiutarti si bloccano di fronte alla burocrazia senza approfondire meglio. E' come parlare col muro ma ho segnalato il caso a Inps e provvederanno loro perchè ho tutte le ragioni.
Negative experience both in Bondeno and in Copparo. They had me running isee, I waited a long time by appointment made by telephone and made me make a wasted trip refusing to compilarmelo with the excuse that the rules are different in interpretation and that I had no right. Incompetence and indifference, instead of helping you, they stop in front of the bureaucracy without going deeper into it. It's like talking to the wall but I reported the case to INPS and they will provide them because I have all the reasons.

It does not satisfy me! A patronage should give answers if they are competent! This was not! And I turned to another patronage who without problems gave me the information I was looking for! Incompetent !!!!
