★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole! L'operatore che mi ha risposto oggi mi ha lasciato stupita ( non parliamo di estrema maleducazione). A la mia osservazione di un errore nel 730 ( la discrepanza tra i dati del CUD e del 730 ), mi ha detto: " Ah! I nostri operatori non guardano nemmeno il CUD quando fanno la pratica!"....Allora per che cosa devo pagare??? In più mi ha cancellato l'appuntamento, dicendo ai colleghi che ero io a volerlo fare!
La prossima volta registro, perché è veramente da non credere....
I have no words! The operator who answered me today left me amazed (let's not talk about extreme rudeness). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare un giudizio negativo. La signora dell call center è stata indisponente e maleducata. Non è sicuramente adatta al contatto col pubblico. Devo ammettere che è la prima volta che mi capita , le altre volte ho sempre trovato persone disponibili che mi hanno ascoltata e consigliata. Le persone chiamano per un consiglio o una necessità non per farsi dare degli stupidi.
Unfortunately I have to give a negative opinion. The call center lady was abrupt and rude. It is certainly not suitable for contact with the public. I must admit that this is the first time this has happened to me, the other times I have always found people available who have listened to me and advised me. People call for advice or a need not to get stupid.
